Account Executive, Enterprise is a full-time role with Flexport, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Come join us.</p></div><h2><strong>You will:</strong></h2> <p>Your responsibilities as a Account Executive include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Identify, engage, close, onboard net-new business meeting or exceeding the sales personal quota;</li> <li>Uncovering and connecting with ideal clients through a combination of self-prospecting and collaboration with our SDR team;</li> <li>Consulting with new clients to understand their supply chain needs;</li> <li>Creating a value-add solution, demonstrating our capabilities through remote and in-person meetings;</li> <li>Leading the customer onboarding process by leveraging internal resources and teams;</li> <li>Meet regularly with clients to monitor the account health and find ways to improve on their current supply chain experience;</li> <li>Maintain Salesforce accounts records and opportunity pipeline;</li> <li>Continue to expand your knowledge of supply chain processes though internal and external training offerings to best enable you to act as a trusted advisor.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You should have: </strong></h2> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience owning a full sales cycle (prospecting through close), with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas;</li> <li>The ability to run a sales discovery and demo meeting and run a structured sales process;</li> <li>Enthusiasm for cold-calling prospects, leading discovery calls to uncover their needs, and managing accounts to create an outstanding experience for clients;</li> <li>Excellent skills in verbal and written communication <strong>in Dutch</strong>
