The role owns prospecting, pipeline development, onboarding, partner relationships and localized acquisition strategy within the DACH market. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on market work and requires German and English fluency. Airbnb states a hybrid role and a Germany annual pay range of EUR 71,000–84,000.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong B2B sales and new-business development experience.
  • German and English fluency.
  • Partner relationship, CRM and data-analysis experience.
  • Ability to travel in assigned markets.
