Job description

Binance is offering an early-career Growth Marketing opportunity through the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP), based remotely from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. BAP is a 3-6 month internship program for current university students and recent graduates who want firsthand experience in the digital-assets industry. The role supports growth and marketing initiatives across MENA markets, including campaign execution, localization, events, market research and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of growth and marketing campaigns across MENA markets.
  • Assist with campaign setup, coordination, tracking and reporting.
  • Help localize global campaigns and content for MENA audiences.
  • Support offline events, university activities and community initiatives.
  • Conduct market, competitor and user research to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and organize data into clear, practical insights.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in university or a recent graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong interest in growth marketing, digital campaigns and the crypto or fintech industry.
  • Bilingual English and Arabic is required for coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of MENA markets and local digital culture.
  • Organized, proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and basic reporting.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support execution with attention to detail.
  • Experience in student clubs, internships, events, content creation or marketing projects is a plus.
