Binance is recruiting for its Accelerator Program in Talent Acquisition in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Binance Accelerator Program is a 3-6 month early-career internship designed for current university students and recent graduates. In this role, the intern will support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing and screening, job-posting management, interview coordination, applicant-tracking-system administration, market research, employer branding and recruitment projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across technology roles.
- Manage job postings across LinkedIn, the internal applicant tracking system and local job boards.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection and candidate communication.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies.
- Support employer-branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
- Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring-manager meetings.
- Identify and suggest recruitment-process improvements based on observations.
Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate; Binance's application form asks whether applicants are studying or graduated within the past two years.
- Ongoing or recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, human resources or talent strategy; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort working in an international and technology-driven environment.
- Proactive, resourceful and eager-to-learn mindset.
- English proficiency for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to complete a 6-month contract and commit to 40 hours per week, as asked in the official application form.
