Job description
Airbnb’s AirCover team is hiring a Complex Claims Manager for a Canada-remote-eligible role. The manager will investigate and resolve complex and large-loss claims, manage insurer and third-party relationships, develop resolution plans and coordinate with Legal, Trust, Safety, Finance and Product partners. The posting requires deep insurance, claims and regulatory knowledge and states a CAD 83,000–98,000 annual pay range. The role may require on-call, weekend or evening availability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of insurance claims coverage and litigation experience.
- Strong property and casualty insurance policy knowledge.
- Complex dispute resolution, negotiation and regulatory experience.
- Ability to work across North America, LATAM and EMEA contexts.
- Eligibility to work in an eligible Canadian province.
