Content & Creative Executive

Job description

Pattern is hiring a Content & Creative Executive to join its MENA Creative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role supports ecommerce brands across regional marketplaces, with a focus on Arabic content, creative assets, SEO, and marketplace performance. The successful candidate will work with brand management, advertising, marketplace, global content, and technology teams to strengthen product content and creative execution across the MENA portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for ecommerce brand portfolios, including product imagery, banners, A+ content visuals, infographics, and social media graphics.
• Write, translate, and localise Arabic product content, including titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and A+ copy for Amazon UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Support Arabic-language SEO through keyword research, detail-page optimisation, and organic ranking improvements.
• Support execution of Pattern's AI-powered photography studio, Portal, including asset-production workflows and delivery for key accounts.
• Partner with Brand Management and Advertising teams to identify content gaps and opportunities that may improve conversion and organic performance.
• Build and maintain content-intake processes to prioritise and track creative and SEO requests across the MENA portfolio.
• Monitor content performance and contribute to SEO and content-improvement goals.
• Collaborate with global content and technology teams to share learnings and improve content processes and tooling.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic with strong written Arabic skills.
• Demonstrable graphic-design ability using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
• Understanding of SEO principles and experience applying them to improve organic performance.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Strong written and spoken English is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset and comfort using data and performance metrics to make decisions.
• Strong organisation, process discipline, and time-management skills.
• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a content-related role is highly desirable.
