Job description
Nectar Social is hiring an Employer Branding & Operations Specialist for a full-time remote role based in Lahore, Pakistan. The position supports Nectar's growing Pakistan organization across employer branding, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, people operations, research, program coordination, events, and workplace culture. The specialist will work closely with Talent and Operations leadership in Pakistan while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute Nectar Social's employer-branding strategy for Pakistan.
- Create culture, employee, office, recruitment, event, and career content for channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, university communities, and recruitment platforms.
- Maintain employer-branding and employee-engagement calendars covering recruitment campaigns, milestones, events, and company announcements.
- Support recruitment campaigns, candidate-market mapping, sourcing research, talent-data collection, and recruitment reporting.
- Research local talent-market trends, competitor hiring practices, compensation, benefits, and employer-branding strategies.
- Coordinate university partnerships, campus-hiring initiatives, career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
- Support onboarding, new-joiner introductions, welcome activities, employee-recognition programs, birthdays, anniversaries, and referral initiatives.
- Gather employee feedback and help improve people-operations processes as the Pakistan team scales.
- Plan office events, team-building activities, cultural celebrations, company gatherings, and community initiatives.
- Coordinate vendors, event materials, registrations, swag, branded merchandise, employee gifts, and recognition items.
- Collaborate across Talent, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and leadership.

- Approximately 2-5 years of experience in employer branding, people operations, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Previous experience with branding, content, social media, internal communications, or employee-engagement initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convert broad ideas and business requirements into structured and scalable programs.
- Strong organizational, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong research and analytical skills, including benchmarking and presenting findings clearly.
- Creative judgment and an understanding of engaging workplace and recruitment content.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with local and global teams.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
