Full Stack AI Engineer

Job description

Amplify Health is recruiting a Full Stack AI Engineer in Singapore to design, develop, deploy and optimize production AI applications for healthcare, insurance and wellness use cases. The role covers large-language-model services, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise integrations, security and governance, cloud-native delivery and intelligent automation. It combines Python and REST development with search, vector databases, document intelligence, DevOps and emerging agentic-AI techniques. The engineer will help move AI ideas into production-grade services, connect models and enterprise systems, and build workflows that can be operated responsibly. The official technical scope includes prompt engineering, Azure and Google AI services, vector retrieval, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and evaluation of emerging multimodal or agentic approaches. The engineering scope is intentionally end to end: the role connects model and service selection, application design, retrieval and search, enterprise integrations, deployment, monitoring, security and governance. The source names OpenAI and Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Azure Document Intelligence, vector databases, Azure AI Search, GitHub and CI/CD, with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, multimodal models and MLOps as further areas of interest. The work is tied to practical healthcare, insurance and wellness workflows rather than isolated experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong Python and REST API development experience.
• Experience with LLM or enterprise AI services.
• Experience with RAG, LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search or vector databases.
• Cloud and DevOps experience.
• Ability to work in Singapore.
