# Job Description Everis is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its remote engineering team and contribute to products and growth-focused initiatives. The position involves taking product and growth opportunities from idea to production, building reliable software, and working across frontend and backend systems. The role is suitable for an engineer who is comfortable owning features, shipping production code, and collaborating across product, design, growth, and data functions. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and ship production-ready product features. * Work across frontend and backend components of the platform. * Turn product and growth requirements into reliable technical solutions. * Contribute to experiments designed to improve product adoption and performance. * Diagnose technical issues and continuously improve existing functionality. * Collaborate with product, design, growth, and data stakeholders. * Maintain strong engineering quality while delivering features efficiently. **Core Technologies** * Flutter / Dart * TypeScript * NestJS * MongoDB **Candidate Profile** Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience building and shipping production software. A university degree is not mandatory, although a relevant degree is considered beneficial. The position is fully remote and is open to candidates in Pakistan and several other supported countries. **Compensation** USD $80,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience. Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Experience building and shipping production software
  • Strong TypeScript development skills
  • Experience with backend development using NestJS or similar frameworks
  • Experience working with MongoDB or comparable databases

  • Experience debugging and improving production applications
  • Strong problem-solving and product-focused engineering skills
  • Ability to collaborate with product, design, growth, and data teams
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment
  • Flutter and Dart experience is preferred
