Keppel is hiring for its 2027 Finance Associate Programme in Singapore. The two-year programme combines potential rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development, giving participants commercial exposure and a professional network across Keppel’s businesses. The Finance placement sits within Centralised Functions and may include cross-disciplinary assignments connected to the group’s energy transition, urbanisation and digitalisation activities. Participants are expected to learn through practical assignments, work with colleagues from different disciplines, and build an understanding of how finance supports a diversified operating and asset-management group. The programme offers structured exposure rather than a single narrowly defined desk, making adaptability, communication and curiosity important to the experience. The programme is connected to Keppel’s global asset-management and operating businesses, which span energy transition, rapid urbanisation and digitalisation.
