Management Associate Program - SEA Regional Track

Job description

ShopBack is hiring for a full-time, on-site Management Associate Program on its SEA Regional Track. The 24-month program begins at the Singapore headquarters and includes a later Thailand rotation, with exposure to commercial, marketing, business-development, and operations functions. Participants own workstreams, collaborate across markets, learn from leaders, and build practical experience in digital commerce, rewards, and payments.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or less than twelve months of full-time work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Availability for initial Singapore onboarding.
• Ability to relocate to Thailand for the later program period.
• Ability to travel at least 50 percent as required.
