The position contributes to the employer's work through the function described in the vacancy, with day-to-day focus on </p></div><h2><strong>Role Purpose Statement</strong></h2> <p>As the <strong>Office Manager</strong> supporting Ping Identity's corporate headquarters, you will lead workplace operations and employee experience initiatives that help create a productive, welcoming, and high-performing environment. The successful candidate will combine operational excellence, hospitality, and strong relationship management skills to deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and business partners.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities & Operational Priorities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>1. Strategic Site Operations & Financial Oversight</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Facilities Operations:</strong> Lead the day-to-day operations of Ping Identity's corporate headquarters, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace that supports business objectives and an exceptional employee experience.</li> <li><strong>Financial Management:</strong> Manage the facilities operating budget, including forecasting, purchase orders, invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and vendor contract administration.</li> <li><strong>Service Delivery:</strong> Oversee workplace service requests and operational priorities, ensuring timely resolution and a consistently high level of customer service.</li> <li><strong>Vendor & Building Management:</strong> Serve as the primary liaison with building management, security providers, maintenance contractors, and other workplace service partners to ensure building systems and services operate effectively.</li> <li><strong>Health, Safety & Compliance:</strong> Lead workplace safety initiatives, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance while supporting building access, visitor management, and employee amenities.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2. Workplace Experience & Hospitality</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Workplace Operations:</strong> Ensure the office is consistently maintained to a high standard, including meeting spaces, collaboration areas, kitchens, common spaces, and workplace equipment.</li> <li><strong>Procurement & Inventory:</strong> Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships supporting

- or office leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment.</li> <li><strong>Financial & Vendor Management:</strong> Demonstrated experience managing operational budgets
