Job description
Australian Motoring Services is hiring a hybrid Operations Delivery Analyst in Melbourne for a 12-month full-time contract. The role supports operational service delivery for automotive clients, mobility clubs and internal stakeholders. It combines implementation coordination, Salesforce and documentation maintenance, reporting, billing validation, governance support, performance analysis and continuous improvement across a national mobility-services network.
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, operational delivery, implementation or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills.
- Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience and a related tertiary qualification.
