Job description
Yuno is hiring a full-time, on-site Payments Operations Analyst in Hyderabad. The role coordinates payment-gateway and merchant onboarding from initial setup through production launch. It connects Product, Engineering, Commercial teams, gateways, and merchants; tracks credential readiness; resolves blockers; and maintains the operational visibility needed to keep integrations moving. The position also owns trackers, dashboards, reporting, and process improvements that make onboarding more reliable and scalable across markets.
Requirements
- 2+ years in payments operations, merchant onboarding, or a coordination-heavy fintech role.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Understanding of payment-gateway ecosystems and technical onboarding.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with accuracy and urgency.
- Experience with operational documentation and status reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
