Procurement Specialist is a contract role with Yext, based in Hyderabad, India. The position contributes to the employer's work through the function described in the vacancy, with day-to-day focus on Yext's API-first architecture connects structured data to APIs, MCP servers, and generative interfaces, so partners and developers can build purpose-built experiences on the same infrastructure powering Yext's own products. Thousands of brands and digital marketing partners in financial services, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and food rely on Yext to manage, measure, and optimize visibility at scale. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will drive operational excellence by owning the day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflow in Coupa and serving as our SaaS renewal lead. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities.</strong></p> <p><strong>Procure-to-Pay Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the daily Coupa Requisition-to-PO workflow — validate coding, ensure proper documentation, and confirm compliance with the global approval matrix on every transaction.</li> <li>Monitor open POs monthly, reconcile uninvoiced balances, and submit PO change requests when service periods or values need updating.</li> <li>Support requestors throughout the contract request form (CRF) process in Coupa, from commodity classification to final approval routing.</li> <li>Maintain Yext's standard Net 45 payment terms in all vendor agreements and flag deviations during the contracting stage.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SaaS Renewal Tracking</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary Tropic data entry administrator — keep the SaaS portfolio current, accurate, and fully documented.</li> <li>Track upcoming SaaS renewals and push 90-day alerts to the Senior Procurement Specialist and Senior Procurement Manager to make sure no renewal catches the team off guard.</li> <li>Use Tropic to support price benchmarking for software renewals and new purchases, flagging market intelligence
