Job description

Educative is hiring a Product Designer for its Product team in Lahore. The role focuses on shaping the experience of Fenzo, Educative's new AI learning platform, and a growing portfolio of products built on top of it, including Courses, Books, Test Prep and Flashcards. The designer will help define product experiences, design systems and AI-ready workflows used by learners at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for customer experience and identify product pain points that can be improved.
  • Partner closely with product managers on customer feedback, product direction and roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to bring product designs into production.
  • Set design direction using user research and cross-functional input.
  • Take concepts from early exploration through wireframes, high-fidelity designs and tested prototypes.
  • Present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Work within the existing design system while helping evolve it as the product scales.
  • Help define what AI-ready design means across Educative's new product experiences.
  • Continuously raise the quality bar for interaction design, visual design and product usability.

Requirements

  • Track record of meaningful product design impact.
  • Proven capability across the full design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design and usability testing.
  • Strong portfolio showing depth in both interaction and visual design.
  • Strong eye for visual quality and detail.
  • Comfort collaborating across product, engineering and leadership teams.
  • Ability to clearly explain and defend design rationale.
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to push beyond 'good enough'.
  • Design degree in VCD, UX, Fine Arts, Interaction Design, CS/HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
