Job description
Blue Bottle Coffee is hiring an on-site Product Manager for its beverage and food portfolio in Korea. The role owns menu and product management within a cross-functional structure linking product R&D, marketing and regional leadership. It covers product life-cycle planning, vendor and OEM relationships, financial metrics, pricing, forecasting and coordinated commercialization across the Korea and Japan business.
Requirements
- Experience managing products or portfolios in a consumer business.
- Vendor-management and OEM collaboration experience.
- Understanding of product life-cycle management.
- Experience with financial metrics, margin and pricing decisions.
- Native Korean and business-level English.
- Ability to work on-site in Seoul.
