Job description
Dun & Bradstreet is hiring a full-time hybrid Sales Operations Specialist in Stockholm. The current official vacancy supports the Swedish sales organization through performance analysis, data quality, territory planning, customer segmentation, CRM reporting, quarterly reviews, and process improvement. The role works with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners in Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and operational insight to improve commercial execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, information systems, analytics, or related field.
- Six or more years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics.
- Strong Salesforce and CRM understanding.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and produce recommendations.
- Advanced Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English and Swedish.
