Job description

Airbnb’s MarTech Data Science Measurement team is recruiting a contract Senior Data Scientist for a 24-month engagement. The role develops marketing mix models and geo-based causal inference to measure incremental marketing impact across channels and regions. The scientist will build reproducible measurement infrastructure, productionize models and translate results into budget recommendations for Marketing and Finance stakeholders. Requirements

• 5+ years in quantitative analysis with a relevant master’s degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Hands-on production marketing mix modeling experience.
• Causal inference and geo-experimentation experience.
• Python, R and SQL proficiency.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
