We are looking for a backend-leaning Senior Software Engineer who is energized by distributed systems, cares about reliability as a feature, and wants to own infrastructure rather than hand it off to join to the Convert team, here you will build the systems that tell Webflow customers what to fix on their site, and then the agentic workflows that go fix it for them: technical and content recommendations, Forms, our AI workflow platform, and the agent builder customers use to compose and run their own agentic workflows. We're a product engineering team that owns its own infrastructure, and that surface keeps growing as we scale an agentic recommendations platform that does real work on customers' behalf.
