Role Overview As a Senior Solutions Architect (SSA) in Tech Solutions, you will serve as the technical and consultative leader for complex, enterprise-grade Mindtickle implementations. This role blends deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and customer-centric consulting. You will partner with customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to design scalable, secure, and outcome-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value. You are not only responsible for how the solution is built, but why it is built that way—balancing speed, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

  • <ul style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;">
  • <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">
  • <p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">8–10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS implementations.</span></p>
  • <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">
  • <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience working with mid-to-large enterprise customers in complex, multi-system environments.</span></p>
  • <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">
  • <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.</span></p>
