Service Officer (Community Development Lending and Investing Post Closing)

Job description

KeyBank is hiring a Service Officer for its Community Development Lending and Investing post-closing function. The role services a varied portfolio and provides client support for community-development lending products, including affordable-housing and related financing structures. It combines portfolio administration, servicing, communication with lending partners, documentation and risk-aware operational follow-through in a hybrid office setting.

Requirements

• Relevant lending, portfolio-servicing or financial-services experience.
• Ability to administer complex commercial lending portfolios.
• Strong client and partner communication.
• Ability to report to an approved office twice weekly.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with community-development finance products.
