• •Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI Agents, AI workflows, custom agent development, and integration of external data sources.
• •Solid experience with Salesforce integrations and external system integrations (Conga, Docusign, Adobe, Marketo, Gainsight, Gong, Qualtrics, Kantata, TaskRay.
