Blue Bottle Coffee is hiring an on-site Senior Specialist for social media and content in Korea. The role leads the brand’s social presence in Seoul across major platforms, turning brand strategy, guest behavior, cultural insight and performance data into content and community activity. It partners with marketing, creative and product teams and coordinates campaigns, creator relationships and ongoing digital engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in social media, digital marketing or content production.
• Ability to interpret platform analytics and social-listening data.
• Strong content planning and execution skills.
• Ability to collaborate across creative and commercial teams.
• Passion for coffee, people, culture and hospitality.
• Ability to work on-site in Seoul.
