Job description

RHB Investment Banking is seeking a Strategic Advisory team member in Kuala Lumpur. The role supports strategic transactions and advisory work with senior bankers and cross-functional teams, covering financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, research, presentations, transaction documentation and post-deal tracking. It also includes governance, regulatory and risk considerations within the advisory process.

Requirements

One to three years of investment banking, corporate finance or related advisory experience.
Financial modelling and valuation capability.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables.
Interest in capital markets.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
