The role owns Discord growth, ambassador and MVP programs, technical content, user-generated content, and the connection between community activity and product adoption. Postman states a USD 175,000–195,000 base range plus equity and an in-office model.

Requirements

6+ years of relevant community or developer-relations experience
Experience running Discord communities at scale
Demonstrated ability to build programs from zero to measurable impact
