Knight-Hennessy Scholars 2027

Knight-Hennessy Scholars is Stanford University’s multidisciplinary graduate scholarship program for students pursuing eligible full-time graduate study at Stanford. The program provides selected scholars with financial support for graduate study together with leadership-development and community programming. For the 2027 cohort, the Knight-Hennessy Scholars application is currently open and closes on 6 October 2026 at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Applicants must complete two separate admission processes: the Knight-Hennessy Scholars application and an application to an eligible full-time Stanford graduate degree program. Knight-Hennessy Scholars generally provides funding for up to three years. During funded years, support includes tuition and associated fees, a stipend for living and academic expenses, and a travel stipend intended to support one annual economy-class trip to and from Stanford.
